These templates cover the basics for a straightforward digital-download business, but privacy law especially varies by where your customers live (CCPA in California, GDPR if you ever sell to the EU, etc.). Have an actual attorney — or at minimum a service like Termly or Rocket Lawyer — give these a real review before they go live, particularly the privacy policy once you know your final checkout/email/analytics stack.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase; requesting a refund does not require returning anything, but does end your access to the purchased materials.
